The F-O-U-R in Four Corners Sunday School class is an acronym for Forgiveness, Outreach, Unity and Repentance.
Our class is focused on strengthening our commitment to God, the community and one another through study, outreach, discussion and fellowship.
Meets upstairs, last door on left
We chose this name as a reflection of our focus of linking the bible and our faith to our everyday lives. We participate in discussions in an informal setting. The class also uses current Christian books and resources for weekly discussions. Meets in Praying Parent's Room
We study directly from the Bible discussing a passage, it's meaning, and how it applies to our lives. Come as you are with or without your coffee. Meets in Bible 201 Room
We explore various facets of our Christian walks. Classes vary from discussion sessions to more traditional teacher-led lecture classes depending on the topic being covered and the desires of the teacher. Teaching duties rotate from time to time depending on what is being taught and the interests and experience of people in the class. Meets on stage side of Fellowship Hall
TRI-X stands for: Explore the Bible, Excel in Christian Love, & Excel in Christian Living. We are a lively group of mature christians. Not only do we study, but we have been known to sing hymns. We are blessed to have a piano in our room and musicans in our class! Meets in Tri-X Room
Salt & Light
Need a pop-in class or cannot attend Sunday School every week? This might be your class. We discuss the sermon from the week before and apply it to our lives. If you did not hear the sermon from the week before, no worries. You will still be able to participate with this dynamic group. Meets in Edith Spencer Room
34-week overview of the Bible. Beginning with Genesis and continuing through Revelation, participants will read approximately 80% of the Bible during this life-changing study. The current group started in January 2013 and is taking a taking a break over the summer and start it up again in the fall. If you are interested in long-term, in-depth study, we can start another class. For those who have already taken Disciple 1, there is Disciple 2, 3, & 4.
Women's Wednesday Bible Study
We are a fun group of ladies who meet together to study God's word, fellowship, and pray. We have just begun a new study of Exodus. Our average attendance is around 9-10, so we really get to know one another. We welcome ladies from different denominations and our group presently includes Episcopalian, Catholic, Presbyterian, and non-denominational as well as United Methodist.
