Chance to Serve

The next date for First UMC Fox Hill to serve at A Night’s Welcome is Friday, January 22, 5:30 p.m., to Saturday, January 23, at 8 a.m. The first two times serving at A Night’s Welcome went very well thanks to the members of FUMCFH. As you are probably aware, A Night’s Welcome is being held at one location — Central United Methodist Church, 225 Chapel Street. Area churches are still providing volunteers for registration, serving meals, and staying overnight. Meals are cooked off-site and
served in disposable containers. Each host church provides volunteers and meals once per month. The 2021 dates for FUMCFH to serve are Fridays, January 22, February 26, and March 26. David Rogers is coordinating meals, and Julie Allen is coordinating on-site volunteers.
