O God, we come aware of our poverty and your riches. We come confessing our limitations, alongside your infinite strength and goodness. We acknowledge the evil that we have done and the good that we have left undone, the pride that pushes you away, the envy that desires what belongs to others, and the greed that consumes us and all that surrounds us. We pray for open hearts, that we might receive your gifts, and open minds, that we might know your truth, in Jesus’ name Amen.
