Come to the Water - Modern

Like the prophet/priest Isaiah, who witnessed cherubim and seraphim in the Temple, when we compare our everyday life to Jesus’ example, we realize we are a people of unclean lips living among a people of unclean lips. Jesus took on our sin and rebellion as his first act of ministry, and he continued doing so until he defeated their power on the cross. We do not deserve God’s grace, but we are thankful for it. Help us to show our gratitude throughout the year, for we ask in Jesus’ name. Amen
