More Than an Afterthought - Modern

Lord, in our hurried life, we sometimes forget what you went through for us. Your Love for us was given by Your blood on the Cross, Your sacrificial offering.
Forgive us when we look for you in haste revealing our impatience. We ask for strength in our weakness as we wait for Your attention. Create in us a clean heart,
O Lord, that we may receive Your Holy Spirit. Amen.
