Extravagant Love - Modern

Being misused for doing good is nothing new. It happened in the Old Testament, it happened to Jesus, to Mary, and it happens today. Forgive us when we hold back from doing what is right and loving out of fear of what others may think. Help us to be bold like Mary, bold in showing love, bold in doing the right thing, whether it is misused or applauded. Even as we pray in Jesus’ name, may we also act in Jesus’ name. Amen.
